3.1.9.1.19 File Corruption

The file CRC check code fails. (If the file monitoring has been enabled in ATEIS Studio.)

Indication:

LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:

G. Fault LED on the front panel of the IDA8C/S.

Log:

The text messages display at the touch screen of the IDA8C:

"File Corruption"

"File xxx Corruption" (where xxx = file name)

A text message displays at the window [Machine Fault Record] in Ateis Studio:

A buzzing sound outputs to the monitoring speaker on the front panel of the IDA8C.

Troubleshooting: Reload the file.

3.1.9.1.20 ModBus Offline

The Modbus client can't communicate.

Indication:

LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:

G. Fault LED on the front panel of the IDA8C/S.

Log:

A text message displays at the touch screen of the IDA8C:

"ModBus Offline"

A text message displays at the window [Machine Fault Record] in Ateis Studio:

A buzzing sound outputs to the monitoring speaker on the front panel of the IDA8C.

Troubleshooting: Check the Modbus client communication. Once it's recovered, the LOG will show:

"ModBus Online."

3.1.9.1.21 AMP Rating Fault

The IDA8 gets the reference value which is too low.

Indication:

LED Indicator: When this error is detected, the following LEDs will light up:

G. Fault LED on the front panel of the IDA8C/S.

Log:

"AMP Rating Fault"
