A torque-limiting device stops the conveyor in case of chance obstacles to the right movement of
the racks.

A limit switch stops the washing cycle and the conveyor if a rack is at the end of the exit table; at
the same time a sound alarm starts ringing until the rack is removed.

An overflow pipe drains the exceeding water that has been brought into the washing zones. It
enables the draining of foam and suspended particles; it also avoids the water overflowing in case
of bad working of the pressure switch.

The washing pumps, the forced-rinsing pumps and the gear motor are provided with amperometric
control. In case of anomaly the red lamp (8) switches on in order to show that the motor stops. To
reactivate the appliance, disconnect the electric feeding from the general switch on the wall; open
the electric box placed on the top of the appliance; restart the amperometric control. This operation
should be performed only by qualified personnel. On the contrary, the amperometric control of the
motor is automatically reset and it is not necessary for the user to operate on the electric box. In this
case, check that the conveyor moves properly; wait until the warning led (8) switches off; push the
main switch (F). If the appliance stops anomalously again, call a specialized technician.

If the safety thermostats in the boilers register a temperature higher than allowed, the lamp showing
anomalous stop (8) lights on and the heating elements are no longer fed. In order to reactivate the
appliance, it is necessary to manually operate on the safety thermostat behind the frontal panel of
the rinsing module.

The lamp of anomaly warning lights on also in case of problems on the inverter in the electric box.

All electric components are protected by fuses that cut the feeding of the component itself in case
of over current.

All electric components are placed inside a box and they are protected against any chance water
spilling or casual contact with the user.
ATTENTION! Only use genuine spare parts; otherwise no liability is assumed by the
manufacturer. The maintenance has to be performed by qualified personnel.
MAINTENANCE
Before any cleaning or performing any maintenance always disconnect the appliance from the
power supply.
DRAINING AND CLEANING
At the end of the working day it is necessary to carry out the following operations.
Drain the water from the tank.
Clean the internal part of the tank, removing the solids on its bottom.
Check the openings of the washing arms carefully and clean them if they are obstructed.
