PRELIMINARY STEPS 

 
Before starting the appliance, perform the following operations: 

 

Check  that  the  filling  and  draining  hoses  supplied  with  the  appliance  are  connected  to  the  water 
mains. 

 

If the appliance is provided with rinse aid and detergent dispensers, they are already set during the 
testing  of  the  appliances  by  the  manufacturer.  Connect  the  dispensers  to  their  respective  tanks, 
containing  chemicals,  which  have  necessarily  to  be  low-viscosity  fluids;  otherwise  the  dispensers 
may obstruct or break. 

Use only detergents suitable for commercial dishwashers. Totally avoid 

foaming products. 

 

If  present,  check  the  right  positioning  of  the  detergent  probe,  because  using  the  dispenser  dry  can 
damage or break the device. 

 

Check the right positioning of the pump intake filters and of the surface filters.
