1. Tap the „START / STOP“ button
2. In the setting status, tap the “ENTER” key to select setting elements via the corresponding flashing
window for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE, AGE.
3. Tap the “UP” or “DOWN” button to adjust the setting up or down and tap the “ENTER” button to
advance to the next item.
4. In the setting status, tap the „START / STOP“ button to start the training.
5. The resistance value can be freely set during training with the „UP“ and „DOWN“ buttons.
6. If time, distance, calories, or any of these settings are set, the corresponding value in training status
is inverted.
When the set target values have been reached, the training session ends and an audible signal
sounds.
7. Tap the „START / STOP“ button to end the workout.
