5.3.20.2 dot1x max-req
Use the dot1x max-req interface configuration command on the switch to set the
maximum number of times that the switch sends an Extensible Authentication
Protocol (EAP)-request/identity frame (assuming that no response is received)
to the client before restarting the authentication process. Use the no form of this
command to return to the default setting.
CLI Syntax: dot1x max-req <1-10>
Example: (config)# interface fa1/0/1
(config-if)# dot1x max-req 2
5.3.20.3 dot1x port-control
Use the dot1x port-control interface configuration command on the switch to
enable manual control of the authorization state of the port. Use the no form of
this command to return to the default setting.
CLI Syntax: dot1x port-control (auto|force-authorized| force-unauthorized)
Example: (config)# interface fa1/0/1
(config-if)# dot1x port-control force-authorized
5.3.21 Dial-in user
5.3.21.1 dot1x username password
Add user into local radius database.
CLI Syntax: dot1x user WORD WORD VLAN-ID
Example: (config)# dot1x user test 12345 3
5.3.21.2 show dot1x user
Show dot1x dial-in user.
CLI Syntax: show dot1x user
