To make a call using speed dial
��n the keypad, press and hold the speed dial’s assignment. If the keypad assignment consists of two
digits, press the first digit then press and hold the second digit.
To create a speed dial for an item on the Start menu
1. On the Home screen, press Start .
2. Select an item and press Menu > Add Speed Dial .
�. Enter the appropriate details in Name, Value, and Keypad assignment . In Keypad assignment ,
use the Left/Right navigation keys to select, or press to view the full list of choices.
5. Press Done .
Making emergency calls
Calls to emergency service numbers can be made even if you have locked the SIM card and/or your
phone.
To place an emergency call
Enter the emergency number appropriate for your location, and press Send .
Making international calls
To make international calls, you must first enter the international prefix (+), followed by the country
code and the rest of the phone number.
