4. Find the charred log (D-020). See
Figures 20, 20A, and
20B
. The log has a slot in the bottom that fits over the
square grate and rests against the burner tube as shown in
Figure 20. Place this log on the base as shown in figures.

3. Find the front left log (SouthernComfort30 and ShadyHol

low30 inch models: D-017 or SouthernComfort36 and
ShadyHollow36 inch models: D-025). See
Figures 19,
19A, and 19B
. The log has a rectangular stand off on the
bottom that fits against the lip on the black metal base
as shown in
Figure 19A
. The bottom of this log has a
slot that fits over the second bar on the grate as shown
in
Figure 19B
. Place the log on the base assembly as
shown in figures.
