You may change the following
settings during the countdown :
•
Distant Filtration menu -
display :
F
By default, the device is set to a distant filtration
of less than 20 metres and displays
OFF
. Switch
to display
ON
to change to a distant filtration of
more than 20 metres.
•
Public Pool Mode menu - display :
PRO
By default, the device is set to OFF (this
corresponds to analyses of 20 to 30 min.).
Switch to display ON to change to Detailed
Analyses Mode (this corresponds to the
systematic analyses every 10 to 30 min for
public swimming pools).
•
Production Method Menu - display :
CL
(only the model Selwatch

ypes

and
3-05 )
By default, the device is set to “electrolyser” and
displays
ECL
. If you have a chlorine meter pump,
switch to
PCL
display, then validate by pressing

for three seconds.
4 - Specificities of the menus

- Chlorine menu
Below you will find a description of the but-
tons that you will find useful when adjusting
settings and browsing the Chlorine menu.

- Switching on the device
Switch on the device, after first having followed
the guidelines for first use and switching-on of
the electrolyser or meter pump.
Press the ON/OFF button at the bottom of
the right-hand side of the Selwatch box. A few
seconds after switching-on, the device will
display a three-minute countdown to the start of
a time-out.
You should undertake the following
operations during the countdown:
•
Add the reagent in semi-automatic mode
Note: semi-automatic mode is used for starting
the reagent pump during installation of the
device
(recommended configuration) .
Press for 3 seconds.
The device displays
ASA
.The reagent pump
will continue to work until the reagent is detected,
when the diodes on the dial will start flashing
one after the other (this may take between five
and ten minutes).
•
Or start the reagent pump manually
Note: manual mode is advised
when restarting
the device, since it is faster.
Quickly press .
The device will display
AMO
.
The
Cl
chlorine alarm lights up. Keep pressing
the button until the reagent pump starts
(the diodes on the dial start flashing one after
the other).
•
Add the correctors
Quickly press . The device will display
AMO
.
Choose the corrector that you wish to add.
- for the chlorine corrector: press
C
Cl
twice. The
chlorine corrector production indicator will light up.
- for the pH- corrector: press
C
pH
twice. The pH-
corrector production indicator will light up.
- for the pH+ corrector: press
C
pH
twice. The
pH+ corrector production indicator will
light up.
Keep pressed to validate.
The first analysis will take place two to three
minutes later.
