4. Create the Comm Plan.

a. Select the ‘Net’ folder and set the FM frequency (for example 101000000).

b. Select the ‘Fill’ folder and rename the ‘fill1’ file to radio1 or net1 (for clarity).

c. Set radio1’s first fill to FM.

d. Select ‘Apply’ and ‘OK.’
