1. SAFETY
ONLY A QUALIFIED STAFF WITH A COMPRESSOR AND INSTRUCTIONS CAN CARRY OUT
PACKAGING, LIFTING, HANDLING, TRANSPORTATION AND UNPACKING ACTIVITIES.
THE AIR COMPRESSOR MUST OPERATE IN A VENTILATED ROOM AND A TEMPERATURE FROM + 0 ° C TO + 50 ° C. NO FLAMMABLE
MATERIALS, GASES CAN BE STORED ABOUT THE MACHINE.
When operating, appropriate rules should be observed to maintain the highest level of safety.

Do not
touch with wet or damp hands.
•
Do not
move the compressor by the power cord.
•
Do not
pull on the power cord to unplug the power cord.
•
Do not
use the device in a very humid room.
• The device may not be exposed to direct weather conditions, eg sun, rain and snow.
• It is forbidden to use the compressor to third parties or unauthorized persons and children.
• When working with varnish or moist substances, kee
p a proper distance - safe according to user recognition.

Do not
clean with solvents or flammable substances. Clean the compressor only with soap and water, bypassing the engine and
electrical components.
• Items that become hot during use may cause a fire, so care should be taken to ensure that no items are placed on

• Use a power plug with ground.
• The compressor must work on a stable and level surface to avoid movement during vibration.
• After the compressor has finished working, unplug the power cord from the socket and drain the compressed air from t
he tank
using the drain valve.

move the compressor when the tank is under pressure.
• The compressor is for compressed air only.
• Hoses distributing compressed air must have a suitable cross
-section and be firmly seated.
• No modification or repa
ir of the pressure vessel. A damaged tank is eligible for replacement or scrapping.
• The compressed air stream must not be directed towards people.
• Use only extension cables of good quality and not longer than 5m in length.
• When using the compressor f
or painting, pumping wheels, driving pneumatic devices, etc., the distance between the place of work
and the compressor must be min. 6m.
• Ensure a clean supply of clean air at the compressor work site.
STORAGE OF THE MANUAL
This manual is an integral part of the equipment and should always be handed over to the new purchaser when resale. Keep the
manual near the compressor, in an easily accessible place allowing operators and maintenance personnel to read their instructions
quickly.

Check the technical condition before each use. The compressor must not be used when it is not functional.
b)
Always empty the compressed air tank before servicing, or if the compressor is not used for a long time, the tank is an integral
part of it.
c)
Do not stand or sit on the tank, as this may damage the compressor or create a hazardous situation.
d)
The compressor may be used by people who are physically, mentally or emotionally restricted, provided that they are under the
constant supervision of the person responsible for their safety or when they have been instructed on how to use the
compressor safely. This note applies only to simple operations such as pumping wheels or blowing objects with compressed air.
