Before start-up
To prevent demagnetization of the load whilst it is suspended, the SAFEBAT is equipped with a safety
device (ADPREM) attached to the D-shackle. Before magnetizing or demagnetizing, make sure that the
lifting magnet has been completely lowered and the tension on the crane hook is fully relieved.
8.3
To Magnetize
The SAFEBAT lifting system has to be lowered. The ADPREM LED has to light.
For magnetizing, press the COMMON and MAG buttons at the same time.
8.4
To Demagnetize
The SAFEBAT lifting system has to be lowered. The ADPREM LED has to light.
For demagnetizing, press the COMMON and DEMAG buttons at the same time.
Note: Maximum 3 operations can be executed within 10 seconds.
