7.1. Operating Limitations
Refer to the latest version of the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) for the
limitations that apply to your specific aircraft installation.
The RFMS and this Pilot’s Guide must be carried in the aircraft and be immediately
available to the pilot while in flight.
For installations that include the optional EFD1000H MFD and/or the EFD500H MFD, the
EFD1000H/500H MFD Pilot’s Guide 091-00013-001, must be carried in the aircraft and
be immediately available to the pilot while in flight.
7.2. Software Versions and Serial Number
The system software versions for the Main Application Processor (MAP), the Input-
Output Processor (IOP), and the unit Serial Number (S/N) are recorded in the SYSTEM
STATUS page of the Menu.
The ACU software version and serial number are recorded on a label affixed to the ACU
unit.
NOTE
To view the software version, press the MENU Button
and rotate the Right Knob to the Systems Status
page. The “
MAP VER: ” (Main Application Processor
Version) displays the software version your unit is
operating (see
Figure 7-1
).
