INSTALLATION
The DS 130L can be put on a table or be
mounted against a wall.
A wall-mount a kit is available (to be ordered
separately), consisting of a lid (part I) and a wall
mount plate (part II). The lid keeps out dust and
hampers access for unauthorized personnel to
the controls and connectors at the rear panel.

USING THE DS-74 PAGING INTERFACE
To the DS 130L a program audio signal (e.g. the
show relay) may be sent, via the input of a DS 74
Paging interface. This interface is assigned to the
same group as the DS 130L.
One may talk to the DS-130L via the “paging
channel” at ones user station by pushing the
TALK button of that channel. For as long the
TALK button is kept pushed, the program audio
signal is dimmed with an adjustable value, the so-
called
Paging Dim factor.
The following DS 74 properties may be adjusted
in the configuration software (screen ‘Interfaces’):
•
ground lift on/off
•
Input Gain (+6 dB to -36 dB or “Input Off”)
•
Output Gain (+6 dB to -6 dB or “Output
Off”)
If a DS 130L is used, choose “Output Off”
•
Paging Dim factor (0% to 100%)
•
Input direct to Output (0 dB to -12 dB or
“Off”)
If a DS 130L is used, choose “Off”
•
Input signal to group(s) (“On” or “Off”)
If a DS 130L is used, choose “On”
•

Out is activated by pushing a Talk button
If a DS 130L is used the “Control Out” has
no function
