If you think you need repair service, first see
the “Troubleshooting” section of the Use &
Care Guide. If you are unable to resolve the
problem after checking “Troubleshooting,” then
additional help can be obtained by calling ASKO
Customer Care at 1-800-898-1879. Read the
“Troubleshooting” chapter before contacting the
Customer Care Center. Make a note of the (1)
service number, (2) item number and (3) serial
number.
