CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTER ELEMENTS:
Replacement Steps of Main Filter Element:
1) Obey Maintenance Safety measures and instructions described at Page.14 and
apply “Maintenance Preparation Safety Steps” (Protective Glass, Gloves and
Mask)
2) Be sure that Main Switch is turned “OFF” and Electrical Connection is Cut off!
3) Open “Filter Service Cover”.
4) Remove 6pcs. M6 butterfly nuts.
5) Remove Main Filter Sealing Plate
6) Place CleanArc
®
Tip-5 Bag on Filter Element and Remove Filter Element in to the
bag in order to avoid contact with Dust and possible spillage.
7) Secure and fasten the open end of the bag with proper band or metal ties.
8) Dispose waste according to environmental laws!
9) Replace new Main Filter Elements as V-Pleats in vertical position as shown
above.
10) Replace Sealing Plate.
11) Tighten butterfly nuts at incremental step as much as possible with only hand
power.(Do not apply over pressure)
