Safety - 2
TEMPORARY STORAGE:
1) During temporary storage time, protect filter unit from weather conditions and
maintain a dry and closed storage area!
2) Filter unit access doors must be remained closed at all times!
3) Filter unit air inlet and outlets must be covered water tight!
ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Filter unit’s power connection details are placed on this operator manual and
nameplate of the unit.
2) Filter unit electrical connections is assembled with 5 meter (5x1,5 mm
2
) cable
and 16A plug.
3) Protect electrical cable from high temperature, oil and sharp edges.
4) All Installation, maintenance and repair work must be implemented by trained
and authorized electrician and maintenance technicians!
5) Before implementing any maintenance operation, be sure that filter unit power
connection is off and compulsory maintenance warning sign is in place to
prevent any secondary intervention!
DUST EMISSION SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Beware of dust hazard during implementing any kind of operation on the filter unit.
2) Use protective equipment (protective mask, glass, glove and clothing) while
implementing any operation to prevent direct contact with the accumulated dust.
3) P3 mask is recommended.
FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
In case of fire, follow instructions below:
1) Turn off the filter unit by Main Switch!
2) Cut off electrical connection from plug connection!
3) Apply (CO
2
) fire extinguisher through “Filter Service Cover”. Do not open service
cover fully.
4) If necessary inform Fire brigade!
5) Checking clean air section of the unit from filter service cover at the end of the
shift will reduce fire risk!
