Entries in the phonebook are user-independent. Even if you enter them under your MSN code,
all users can use these entries.
Press the OK key. The display shows »Phonebook«. Press OK to confirm.
Use the arrow keys (<) or (>) to scroll to the end of the list until »New entry« is
displayed. Press the OK key. The display shows »Name _« and the cursor
position. The phone is in text mode.
You can now enter the name. To do this, press the key with the relevant letter
repeatedly until the letter is displayed, e.g. for K, press key 5 twice. Press # to
switch between upper and lower case lettering.
If you wish to write the same letter twice in succession, or if the following letter
is under the same key, wait briefly before pressing the key again. Continue in
this way for every letter you need to enter.
If you have made a mistake, press the left arrow key (<) until the cursor
position is under the incorrect letter. Enter the correct letter. This overwrites the
incorrect letter. Press the right arrow key,(>) until you reach the end of the text.

You have now entered the name. Press the OK key. The display shows »No. _«
and the cursor position.
Enter the number with prefix.
Press the OK key. The display shows »Save«.
Press the OK key to confirm. The number is now saved.

If you do not wish to make another entry, hold down the ESCAPE key.
Or…
If you wish to change an existing entry, press the OK key twice to select the
»Change« menu and proceed as described under »Changing entries«
