Multiple subscriber number
settings
With these settings you specify the basic
conditions for your system. These settings
apply to all handsets in the system.
Identification restriction (CLIR)
For each user (MSN) you can determine
whether or not you want to transmit your
call number.
Note:
To suppress your call number, see
"Directory – Setting options for an entry".
Call-waiting
You can determine for each MSN
individually whether call-waiting should be
switched on or off.
Base station ringer
Handset settings
Press "

" to select your setting.
Note:
If the procedure is terminated with the
Connect key, the old setting is retained.
Multiple subscriber number
(MSN)
Your base station / handset can administer
up to 5 multiple subscriber numbers. To be
able to take advantage of all the features
of your telephone, at least one MSN needs
to be programmed.
Allocating a multiple subscriber
number (MSN)
You can allocate one or several MSNs to
each handset. In "Handset settings"
determine for each handset which name is
to be displayed and which melody is to
sound.
Note:
If you have not allocated an MSN to your
handset, the telephone always selects/dials
MSN A.
