7.2 Fault rectification
Always disconnect the power plug before starting any repair work!
Fault Cause Remedy
No heating (control lamp
is off)
-No current
-Power rotary knob in OFF position
-Pot too small
(minimum diameter 12 cm)
-Pot is not in centre of the
heating zone
(pot can therefore not be detected)
-Unsuitable pot material
-Induction appliance is faulty -Check power supply

-Check placement
-Check material
-Replace appliance
Inadequate heating

-Air cooling system is obstructed

type designation that are on the equipment name plate. The plate is located on the front cover A of the equipment
(see connection diagram).
