12. Adjustment of limit switches procedure
[Procedure]
1) Push the Auto/Manual changeover switch by hand
and turn it clockwise to adjust the "
△
" mark from
"Automatic (A)" to "Manual (M)".
(When you release your hand, the Auto/Manual
changeover switch will pop up.)
2) Remove the bolt cap. (Be careful not to lose the bolt
cap.)
3) Loosen the four cover fixing screws by Phillips head
screwdriver, and remove the cover.
4) Insert the Allen wrench into the manual operate shaft.
5)
Turn the Allen wrench to adjust the valve opening to
the position where you want to left open or right open.

".)
6) Insert the Spanner wrench into the cam.
7) Rotate a cam to check that the limit switch sounds
“click, click” showing action of two stages.
8) Turn the Allen wrench and check that the limit switch
operates with the adjusted opening. If the adjustment
is insufficient, repeat steps 4) to 7).
There are built-in mechanical stoppers on the
left open side and right open side, and operate
within the following range as a guide.

9) Attach the cover using the "manual operation axis
alignment position" as a guide.
10) After tightening the four screws that secure the
cover with a Phillips screwdriver, attach the bolt cap.
11) Push the Auto/Manual changeover switch by hand
and turn it counterclockwise to set the "
△
" mark
from "Manual (M)" to "Automatic (A)". (When you
release your hand, the A / M selector switch will pop
up.)
12) Perform an electric operation and check that the
pointer of the indicator is in the left open or right
open adjustment position.
- Adjust while the power supply is cut off. (The actuator may start moving unintentionally and
cause injury.)
