Manual operation procedure
[Procedure]
1) Push the Auto/Manual changeover switch by hand
and turn it clockwise to adjust the "
△
" mark from
"Automatic (A)" to "Manual (M)".
(When you release your hand, the Auto/Manual
changeover switch will pop up.)
2) Use a Flathead screwdriver to turn the bush for manual
operated on the top of the cover counterclockwise to
remove it.
3) Insert the Allen wrench into the manual operate shaft.
4) Operate by turning the hexagon wrench while looking
at the indicator. (Open/Close number of rotations: 8
to 9 rotations / 90 degree)
- Clockwise
: Valve right open direction
- Counterclockwise
: Valve left open direction
There are built-in mechanical stoppers on the
left open side and right open side, and operate
within the following range as a guide.

5) When the manual operation is complete, remove the
hexagon wrench from the manual operation shaft.
6) Using a flathead screwdriver, turn the bush for manual operated clockwise to attach it to the top of the
cover.
7) Push the Auto/Manual changeover switch by hand and turn it counterclockwise to set the "
△
" mark from
"Manual (M)" to "Automatic (A)". (When you release your hand, the A / M selector switch will pop up.)

Changeover switch

When switching to the manual (M) mode, the power to the motor is cut off and the actuator operation
is stopped. This makes it possible to manually operate the actuator or stop the actuator in an
emergency without shutting off the power supply to the actuator.

The Auto/Manual changeover switch has a structure that is pushed in and turned 90 degree to switch
for safety and malfunction prevention.
