• Place the tray on the upper mouth of the mince bowl.
• Cut the meat into 10 cm long, 2 cm thick strips. Remove bones, pieces,
of gristle and sinews as much as possible. Never use frozen meat.
• Place another tray under the mince bowl and turn it on.
• Push the meat pieces into the mince bowl with meat pusher.
CAUTION: Never push them with your fingers or any other tool.
Care and Cleaning
• Remove from the mains socket before
cleaning.
• On finishing with the appliance, we advise
to clean the accessories immediately to
prevent drying of residual food. This makes
cleaning easier and more effective.
• The bowl should be washed with clean,
hot, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Clean the body of the appliance using
only a damp cloth.
