TROUBLESHOOTING
■No sound
-Ensure that the headphone power ON/OFF switch is switched to ON.
-The charge level of the battery inside headphone may be too low. Recharge the battery
for approx. 3 hours.
-Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is established.
-The headphone output level is set too low. Adjust the volume to a suitable level.
■Distortion
-The charge level of the battery inside the headphone may be too low. Recharge the
battery for approx. 3 hours.
-The headphone may be too far away from the Bluetooth transmitter (e.g. smartphone
etc.). Move closer to it.
CAUTION
To protect your hearing, please do not use the headphones at high volume for a long time.
Wireless transmission will produce electromagnetic signal which may interfere the heart
pacemaker or other medical instruments properly function. Please follow your doctor’s
instruction.
