PCI frequency selection

This option can only be used 
if the PMC supports PCI-X 
interface. The board will 
automatically detect the 
frequency of operation of 
the PMC and the board will 
negotiate accordingly. If the 
PMC support PCI-X speed, 
this switch can be 
configured to run either 100 
MHz or 133MHz frequency.
