10.1.2 Restart Router
In certain circumstances restarting your router may restore Network and Internet access. Doing so will not
affect any settings that have been programmed into your device.
10.1.3 Factory Defaults
This is an advanced operation that should only be performed at the request of a WOW! service technician.
Before doing so, as a precautionary measure to preserve modem and router configuration setting data, be
sure to backup the device first before resetting to factory defaults.
