Plug the power cord into an available
power outlet.
The digital display will begin with a
“1” representing one minute of
simmering time. Press the COOK
TIME — or COOK TIME + buttons to
adjust the cooking time between 1
minute and 5 hours. Once the
digital display passes 59 minutes,
the digital display will move up in
one hour increments, displayed as
“1H,” “2H,” and so on.
Press the SIMMER button.
