The installation
area should
•
comply with the local standards in force
•
comply with the environmental climatic class (chapter 9)
•
have a floor able to support the weight of the counter
•
a switch with automatic protection against short circuits, ground discharges
and dispersions between the electric power line and the machine
•
provide the space required for correct ventilation, use and maintenance
Conditions
environmental
For the cabinet to work properly, the room temperature and relative humidity
must not exceed the limits of a climate class 3 (+25°C; R.H. 60%) according to
the standard EN-ISO 23953 - 2.

carefully perform the unpacking operation in order not to damage the coun

check that counter components are intact

should you notice any damage immediately inform the manufacturer
Installation pro

Carefully examine the installation area, eliminating any danger to the op
-
erator remove the package only if the counter is placed in the area of use.

lift the counter safely

use suitable scissors to cut the clip tightening straps-A-

remove the clips and the frame
4
lower and place the counter in the area of use

adjust the horizontal position of the cabinet using a spirit level (Fig.10)

check that all feet are into contact with the floor
9
level the counter both in front and back

gently remove the protective film, eliminate glue residues with suitable
solvents
11
carry out the first cleaning using neutral products and a soft cloth.

Install maximum 3 counters within the same power supply and cooling
line

Should you need to move the counter, the latter must be levelled
again. Incorrect levelling
What to avoid
•
DO NOT use alcohol to clean the methacrylate (Plexiglas) parts
•
DO NOT use abrasives or metal sponges
•
DO NOT install the counter (Fig.9):

in areas at risk of explosion
-
in open air and therefore subject to atmospheric agents
-
near heat sources (direct sunlight, heating systems, incandescence
lamps, etc.)
-
in the vicinity of air currents (close to doors, windows, air-condition
-
ing systems, etc.) that exceed a speed of 0.2 m/s
•
Dragging. Failure/deformations/tears
