ATTENTION!: Do not load the cabinet top with boxes, packages or other objects (Rif. 8).
Keep the doors open as briefly as possible during loading.
12.Defrosting and water discharge (Fig. 7)
The Brema 5 - Brema LF line of refrigerated cabinets is equipped with an electric defrost system (which
stops the refrigeration cycle - twice a day for 30 min - and armored heating elements).
To drain the defrosting water follow the procedure below:
- provide a slightly sloping drainage in the floor;
- install a drain-trap between the cabinet draining duct and the floor connection;
- hermetically seal the water draining area of the floor.
This procedure prevents the risks of bad smell inside the refrigerated cabinet, dispersion of refrigerated
air and possible malfunctioning due to humidity.
N.B.Periodically have a qualified installer check that the hydraulic connections are in a perfect
state.
13.Anticondensation and antifogging device
To prevent fogging due to condensation, low power electric heating elements are installed on the parts
most subject to the problems such as: the thermoinsulating glass of the doors, the frames and struc-
ture, the windows on the sides, etc.
14.Illumination
The interior illumination of the cabinet is obtained by means of fluorescent lamps located vertically
behind the uprights of the cabinet structure. The light switch is located in the box on the power panel.
The reactors, starters and condensers are located on the roof of the cabinet.
