1. Introduction - Scope of the manual/Field of application
This instruction manual refers to the
Brema 5 - Brema LF
refrigerated cabinets.
The information that follows provides indications relating to:
- Use of the cabinet - technical features- installation and assembly - information for the operator in
charge of use - maintenance interventions.
This manual is to be considered part of the cabinet and must be preserved for its entire duration.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for:
- Improper use of the cabinet - incorrect installation not carried out in compliance with the standards
indicated - electric power supply faults - lack of envisioned maintenance - unauthorised modifications
and interventions - use of non original spare parts - partial or total non observance of the instructions.
This manual must be available at all times for consultation by the operators and the staff in charge of
maintenance. In case of transfer to third parties, this manual must be provided to the new user or
owner. The supplier must also be informed of the transfer.
In case of damage or loss, request a copy from the supplier.
N.B.Electric appliances may be dangerous for ones health. Regulations and existing laws in
force must be respected during installation and use.
Whoever uses this cabinet must read this manual.
2. Presentation - Foreseen use (Fig. 1)
The line of refrigerated cabinets
Brema 5 - Brema LF
consists of multi-deck display cabinets closed on
the front by glass doors, with remote condenser unit, suitable for the storage and self service sale of
Frozen foods and Ice cream.The cabinets come in several versions: 2 Doors - 3 Doors - 4 Doors - 5
Doors. The doors can be supplied in aluminum or silk-screen decor.
3. Standards and certifications
All the refrigerated unit models described in this user's manual for the
Brema 5 - Brema LF
series
meet basic health, safety and protection requirements set out by the following European laws and
directives:
- Machines Directive 2006/42 EC;
harmonised standards applied: EN ISO 14121:2007; EN ISO 12100-1:2005; EN ISO 12100 2:2003

The performance of these refrigerated units has been determined by means of tests carried out in
accordance with standard
UNI EN ISO 23953-2: 2006
in the environmental conditions corresponding
to climate class 3 (25 °C , 60% Rel. Humidity)

The technical nameplate is situated on the back of the cabinet with all the technical characteristics:
