ARKO FLUX 100. Instructions Manual
7
1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
The ARKO FLUX line of equipment allows FCAW welding, which is a continuous flux-cored arc welding
process using filler metal. This process is used with the protection of a flux contained within the flux-cored wire,
no shielding gas is required.
It is faster and easier to operate than the electrode process. It is suitable for
welding carbon steel, which is the most widely used metal in modern industry.
