Troubleshooting and repair
Stoker stopped,
red light
• Pellet hopper empty.
• Pellet have formed a valve at
feeder screw inlet.
• Pellet feeder blocked by
foreign object.
• Stoker filled with pellets in
the inner combustion area.
Fill pellets...
Shake hopper to get pellets flowing
down. Bottom of hopper must be
inclined at least 45°
Knock hard on feeder tube. If this
doesn’t help, remove and drain
feeder. If necessary, dismantle
feeder (se section Dismantling the
screw feeder)
1. Clear out all pellets and restart.
2. If no start: check ignition element
by starting with feeder discon-
nected and stoker removed
from boiler (yellow cover on).
Normally heating element will
glow 1 minute after finished start
dose. If no glow, first check all
wires and connections, then the
glow coil (120 - 145 Ohms).
If alright, change the ignition
controller.

• Incorrect settings, or to large or
fluctuating chimney draught,
or faulty or incorrect pellets
feeder system.
Contact authorized dealer.
Stoker ignites
but stops.
• To large start dose, or feeding
to much in full power mode.
• To much ashes in the
stoker.
See chapter
Setting air and fuel
levels.
Clear out ashes at least once a
week during the cold season.
Stoker has stopped,
no red light
• Burner has been overheated.
Clean out ashes from burner and
boiler.
Reset cut-out thermostat on the
feeding shaft.
