Before contacting Assistance:
Check whether you can resolve the problem on your own
(see Troubleshooting);
Restart the programme to check whether the problem has been overcome;
If this is not the case, contact the Authorised Technical Assistance Centre;
If the machine has been installed or used incorrectly, you may be charged for the maintenance callout service.
Never use the services of an unauthorised technician.
Have the following information ready:
The type of problem experienced;
The appliance model (Mod.);
The serial number (S/N);
This information can be found on the appliance data label. The label can be located on the machine behind the
door, or behind the product itself, and may also be found on labels that come with installation documents. For
ease of service, having all the information noted from the data plate will aid customer service staff in assisting to
your call.
