This Zone sets the range of speed dial numbers that will be exempt from restrictions for outgoing calls.
Eg.: setting aaa to 100 and bbb to 299, exempts speed dial codes 100 to 299 from toll restrictions.
Setting aaa to 300 and bbb to 399, exempts speed dial codes 300 to 399 from toll restrictions.
Setting aaa to any number starting with 0, sets all speed dial codes to be toll restricted.
