Once installed the Voice Card is active and ready for Programming/recording.

Record messages by dialing that voice channel number and follow the display. Set
lines required as DISA,

Auto Attendant (DISA)

Auto Attendant is used for operator overflow. If the operator is unable to answer a call within
the time set in

Program Zone 118

, the assigned Voice Channel will answer the call, playing

pre-recorded messages. Call processing will be determined by

Program

Call Queuing

Call Queuing occurs when an incoming call is answered by Voice Channel after the time set
in

Program Zone 139

is reached and while The assigned stations in

Program Zone 600

are

all busy. Lines do not require programming as DISA lines.

Recording Voice Message (Console Only)

Step 1: Lift handset.
Step 2: Press

for the first voice channel. Press

for the second voice channel.

Step 3: Display the following messages on the LCD:

Record voice message.

Replay voice message.

1 :

→

Confirm the recorded/replayed voice message and move to the next

section.

2 :

Confirm the recorded/replayed voice message and go back to the

previous section.

to start recording the voice message from the first section.

if the current section voice message recording is completed. Automatically

moves to the next section to start recording the next voice message.

Step 6: Repeat Step 5 to record voice messages to other sections.

Step 7: Hang up handset to end voice message recording function.

Replay Voice Message (Console Only)

Step 1: Lift handset, or leave handset on Hook and press

Step 2: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 from

operation (above).
