Modem

                           Connecting to network

                     Connecting to the COM port 

• 

Connect one end of the RJ45 LAN cable to the LAN port of the ARP-3600AP-E01 

Series touch panel computer. Connect the other end of the RJ45 LAN cable to the LAN 

port of a modem.

• 

The COM ports built in the ARP-3600AP-E01 Series touch panel computer are designed 

to make it easy to communicate with other computers and serial hardware. 

 

As shown in 

the figure below, connect one end of the RS-232 cable to the COM port of the computer. 

Connect the other end of the RS-232 cable to the RS-232 IN connector of a RS-232 
peripheral device(Like a printer etc.).
