The owner/operator of this aircraft shall ensure that 
any needed corrective action be completed as 
specified in a notice, or by the next scheduled 
annual inspection.

Should an owner not comply with any mandatory 
service requirement, the aircraft shall be considered 
not in compliance with applicable ASTM standards 
and may be subject to regulatory action by the 
presiding aviation authority. 

Handbook Information 

 

This Pilot’s Operating Handbook (POH) is provided 
by Arion Aircraft, LLC as a guide to the operation of 
the Lightning LS-1. 

 

This POH applies to the particular aircraft identified 
by the registration marking and serial number on 
the cover page and contains the airworthiness 
limitations and essential operating data for this 
aircraft only. A POH with no identifying aircraft 
serial number must be used for ground study only.
