has a denser fibre.

: only baking, without kneading or raising. This programme is also used for increasing the
baking time of selected programmes.

: this programme can be personalized to re-establish the kneading, raising, baking,
keeping anything hot at any phase.

To reset all times of the programme:
a) Press the “
” key once; “KNEAD 1” appears on the display. Now press the “

to adjust the minutes and then press the “
” key again to confirm the time selected for
this phase.
b) Press

” key to pass to the successive phase. “RAISE 1” appears on the display;
then press the “
” key to adjust the minutes. The number of minutes increase rapidly if
the key is kept pressed. At this point, press the “
” key again to confirm.
c) Proceed in the same way for the successive phases. When all phases have been completed,
press the “
” key to exit from the adjustment mode.
d) Press the “
” key again to start the cycle.
ATTENTION
: the adjustment can be memorized and therefore become effective for further use.

” key, it is possible to select LIGHT BROWN (

) for the colour of the bread crust.

Press this key to select the dimensions of the bread. Please note that the complete cycle can vary
depending on the dimensions of the bread.

If the appliance is not required to be activated immediately, it is possible to delay the activation time
by using this key.
To adjust the delay function, carry out the following:
1 Select the menu, colour and dimension of the bread.
