plete with whisks, using the relevant release button (A) (Fig. 9).
- Remove the whisk attachments as described previously and then remove the bowl (C).
IMPORTANT:
The appliance has been designed to operate for brief periods (max. 5 minutes). Switch off the
appliance after 5 minutes of use and allow the motor to cool for at least 30 minutes before
using again.
The appliance is equipped with a special mechanism that makes the bowl (C) rotate at a
regular speed.
Wait for the whisks to be completely still and unplug the appliance from the mains power
before removing them.
In case of space problems or for use with different bowls, it is possible to use the power body
separately from the support (N).
STANDARD VALUES FOR SPEED SELECTION
Setting 1: To knead dough (for bread, pizza, etc...).
Setting 2-4: When adding liquid to dry ingredients or for mixing ingredients that need no air
incorporated (batter, baby foods, etc...).
Setting 5-7: To emulsify sauces (e.g., mayonnaise).
Setting 8-11: To mix firm ingredients such as butter, butter and sugar, eggs and sugar, etc…
or to prepare sugar-based icing (glace icing, royal icing, etc...).
Setting 12-13: For whisked cake mixes, such as sponge, foccaccia, etc...
Setting 14-16: To whisk in a lot of air (cream, egg whites, etc...).
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
- The whisk attachments (E-D) and the bowl (C) can be washed in hot soapy water or in the dish-
washer.
- Wipe the outer surfaces of the appliance and the support (N) with a damp cloth.
IMPORTANT:
Wait for the whisks to be completely still and unplug the appliance from the mains power
before removing attachments or cleaning.
