BOTTOM COVER REMOVAL
Remove Bottom Cover
IMPORTANT:
Save all hardware for reinstallation.
1. Stop engine, remove key and wait for all moving parts
to stop and for hot parts to cool.
2. Disconnect spark plug wire from engine.
3. Place unit in service position. See
Service Position
on
page 7.

Models 926068, 926070, 926336:
Advance to step 7.
Models 926060, 926069, 926338:
Continue to step 5.
Model 926337:
Place track carriage in the “Raised
Position” and advance to step 7. Refer to Operator’s
Manual. See Figure 18.

Remove hardware securing height adjuster plate to
height adjuster bracket.
6. Move height adjuster to the right, rotate away from
bottom cover and remove bottom cover. See
Figure 20.
WARNING:
AVOID INJURY. Before placing unit
in service position, drain fuel from tank and fuel
system. See
Draining Fuel System
on page 7.
Make sure unit is secure and will not tip.
CAUTION:
AVOID INJURY. Track carriage will
rotate freely when height adjuster plate is
removed and height adjuster is free. Keep hands
away from pinch points.
