LUBRICATE UNIT

Use the following key for all lubrication 
procedures.

1. Apply oil to all pivot points and pin 

connections. See Figure 24.

LUBRICATE WHEEL BEARINGS

See Figure 25.

1. Remove bearing dust caps and inspect 

and repack wheel bearings with grease.

2. After packing bearings, seat bearings by 

tightening the spindle nut snug.

3. Loosen nut, spin wheel and retighten 

slightly until first slot in castle nut aligns 
with hole in hub.

4. Replace cotter pin and dust cap.

IMPORTANT: 

Wheel should spin freely with 

no wobble.
