Purpose

Setting the RemoteLink baud rate.

This function can set RemoteLink baud rate(when use com port), the baud
rate setting as follows:
slBaud Baud rate(bps)
0 115200
1 57600
2 38400
3 19200

：
Getting the RemoteLink baud rate.
