Troubleshooting

Symptom

Check items and solutions

Pager charger lights DO

NOT come on

Make sure the pager are completely inserted into the charging

slot.

Perhaps the power supply problem. Try plugging transmitter’s

power supply to the pager charger to figure this issue.

If staff pager still cannot be charged, please contact our distributor

or sales representative for assistance

Pager does not receive

any page.

Reset the SP-01, put the pager on the charger then take it out. It

will be reset.

Make sure the Ni-HM battery is good.

distributor or sales representative for assistance
