ii. “INVALID” Should you see an INVALID displayed in one of these

boxes then you will also see/hear suspension warning indicator on
the dash. Listed below are some potential causes of this situation.

1. Height sensor does not see magnet

a. Inspect magnet verify it is lined up with the height

sensor

2. Height sensor damaged
3. Wiring to height sensor is damaged or unplugged

c. Setting

i. This section displays target heights per operation mode. If the

operation mode in normal, then you should see all zeros in the
boxes. A height reading on 0.00 simply means that the center of the
magnet is aligned with the center of the height sensor (white line of
the height sensor)

ii. While in a KNEEL mode you will see – numbers in these boxes

1. Door Kneel Command Active

a.  Front will be -1.69”
b.  Left Rear will be 0.00
c.  Right Rear will be 0.00

2. Ramp Kneel Command Active

a. Front will be -1.69
b. Left Rear will be -1.62

iii. Right Rear will be -1.62 Keep in mind that our system will adjust the

vehicle height to what is displayed in the height setting box. So if
we open the passenger door (activating the door kneel sequence)
you will see the front height setting box change from 0.00 to -1.69
and the bus will start to deflate the front to achieve a height of -
1.69. Since the suspension system is a 2:1 ratio, a reading of -1.69”
on the pc means that the front of the bus will lower 3.38”. This is
also true for the rear.

d. Leak

i.

This section monitors each bag circuit for leaks. If a leak light is
illuminated on your PC then you will also see/hear the suspension
warning indicator on the dashboard of the bus. This system will
define a leak as 3 un-commanded fill sequences in a 5 minute
time frame. With that being said, it is important to know that the
only way to command a fill sequence is through activating a kneel
circuit. Besides being a true leak, this fault could also be a result
of improper magnet spacing. The distance at which the face of the
magnet is spaced away from the face of the height sensor should
be 1.75 (±0.25) inches. Any closer or further away will result in
more frequent height adjustments.
