Information on the integrated liquid cooler
This contains the pressure decrease, including the connection elements,
here in the example with the plug-in connections. It does not include ex-
ternally attached feed lines.
A water cooling system is integrated in the device, in the aluminum hous-
ing. The connections are to be used in accordance with the labeled direc-
tion of flow, in order to obtain an optimum cooling effect.
CAUTION!
The following points must be observed for the cooler:

The maximum pressure resistance can be found in the data sheet of
your VECTOPOWER
®
.

The maximum pressure against the environment must not exceed
the limit values given in the data sheet either.

To prevent corrosion and algae formation, a corresponding glycol
additive must be used. See the information in the data sheet.

Due to the fine cooling ducts, there must not be any dirt in the
cooling water circuit. An appropriate filter must be provided.

Ensure sufficient cooling. A lower flow temperature and a lower
ambient temperature allow a longer service life.

Prevent the liquid coolant from freezing in the VECTOPOWER
®
de-
vice. This can destroy the cooler and cause coolant to escape.

No pressure above the pressure resistance specified in the data
sheet must be present, in order to maintain a sufficient reserve
from the test pressure. Otherwise, the cooler can also be destroyed
and cooling liquid can escape.
