1.5.2 Power
The Model 1000W1000G is designed to operate using AC primary power of 200–240 Volts Alternating
Current (VAC), 50–60 Hz single phase, 3300 watts maximum.
CAUTION:
Dangerous voltages are present in the Model 1000W1000G whenever the
unit is plugged into an AC outlet. Always disconnect the unit from the
main power line when servicing it. Please note that neither the
Keylock Switch nor the POWER switch will completely shut off the unit’s
AC power.
The following table identifies screw color and function. Pay special attention to torque requirements.
Terminal Conductor
Green Hex Head Screw Equipment grounding conductor
White Screw Grounded circuit conductor, Neutral Y
Brass/Black Screw Ungrounded circuit conductor, Line X
Tighten terminal screws to 18 lb-in (2.1 N-m) of torque.
Tighten assembly screws to 10 lb-in (1.1 N-m) of torque.
Tighten cord clamp screws alternately to 16-20-in (1.8-2.3 N-m) of torque.
