CONTROLS IN DETAIL
1.
SHUTTER RELEASE LEVER: Pulling the shutter release lever back part way activates the camera
meter and autofocus. Pulling the lever back all the way fires the camera.
2.
MAIN DIAL KNOB: It rotates clockwise and counter clockwise. It can be use alone or in combination
with other controls to select or set various camera functions or modes. Refer to your camera manual.
3.
ISO SELECTOR /FLASH EXPOSURE COMPENSATION BUTTON: Push down button
and rotate main or quick control dials to select proper ISO rating or flash compensation.
4.
AF / DRIVE MODE BUTTON: Push down button and rotate main or quick control dials to select
proper drive mode or AF mode.
5.
METERING/WB MODE BUTTON: Push down button and rotate main or quick control dials to select proper
metering or white balance mode.
6.
LCD ILLUMINATION BUTTON: Press down button to activate the LCD illuminator.
7.
BULKHEAD CONNECTOR- for Flash Sync Cord and remote control cord. (Nikonos Type 2 pins).
8.
BULKHEAD CONNECTOR- for Flash Sync Cord. (Nikonos Type 2 pins).

FOCUS/ZOOM KNOB- turning allows manual focus of a single focus lens or zoom of a zoom lens.
10.
FOCUS/ZOOM PINION GEAR- engages and operates the focus or zoom gear on the lens.

LENS LOCK RELEASE KNOB: Rotate counter clockwise to disengage lens from the camera body.
Make sure port is removed before attempting to change lenses on the camera.

CAMERA MOUNTING SADDLE: Allows quick and easy removal of camera from housing.
13.
HOT SHOE CONNECTOR- connects the camera to the Flash Bulkhead. Slide this Connector into the
camera Hot Shoe. When detaching do not pull the cord as this might damage the electrical
connections.

GRIPS- attached to each side of the housing to provide ease and comfort of handling.
15.
MOUNTING HOLE- these are 1/4-20 TPI holes that are ready to accept TLC Base Brackets or TLC
Base Ball for strobe arms or accessories.

BAYONNET MOUNTING FLANGE: Quick and secure mounting system allows access to our
differents ports and extension rings

LATCHES: Two locking latches are provided to secure the housing, theses have an integrated safety
features preventing accidental openning.

TOP LCD WINDOW: Allows viewing information from the top LCD panel

AF POINT SELECTOR/ ENLARGE BUTTON: Press to select autofocus point and/or enlarge image in
playback mode.
20.
STAR / AE LOCK / FE LOCK/INDEX / REDUCE LEVER: Used to lock auto or flash exposure and/or naviguate the
index and reducing the images in playback mode.
21.
