ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (
for specific systems)
Some spa models use a filtration system called "continuous".
These are spas equipped with an additional pump (1 hp - 1 speed 240/20 amp)
and a sand filter for extremely high performance filtration requiring
very little maintenance.
Some larger spas such as the
LAGON
model require
the use of 2 electronic housings (see image).
Such a system will need two 60 amp circuit
breakers with two 6/3 electrical wires.
Additionally, these models always include a
continuous filtration system whose additional
Pump requires an electrical connection
of 20 amps (single wire).
If you have an Ionizer type water treatment system,
this system includes a transformer with a 120 volt outlet.
COMPONENT MEASUREMENT
The Lagon spa's mechanical module is installed on
a board 55'' long x 52'' deep, and the items installed
are 28'' high.
The filtration system, meanwhile, requires a similar
space, but about 36'' in height.
