Three items are available to configure the channel list: 
• Installation Type: The installation can be a new one (removing all current channels installed 

and all timers previously set) or can be an addition to the current installation. 

• Installation Mode: The installation can be “standard” (full automatic scanning through the 

tuner) or “manual”. 

• Channel Type: A filter could be done on channels to install only scrambled ones, only free 

ones or all. 

Standard installation mode

 

Once you validate the “channels installation” screen, the scan starts exactly like once which 

was done for the “First-Time Installation”: the TV tuner executes a full automatic scan. 

Manual installation mode 

You just have to select the channel number. The corresponding frequency is then displayed, 

and bar-graphs allows you to see the reception level. Then validate the screen to launch the 
install process. 

 

 

7.13 User preferences 

This screen allows you to customize the DVB-T. You can set your preferred languages, 

modify few visual features, activate or not some locking and change the PIN code.
