What To Do
No Power
1. Unit is unplugged from
the wall socket
1. Check connection to wall socket.
Not Cooling
1. Unit is unplugged from
the wall socket
2. Unit may have been laid
down during transport
1. Check connection to wall socket.
2. If the unit has been laid down during transport, keep the unit up right for 48
hours before turning on. If still not cooling call customer service on 1300 764 325.
No Hot Water
1. Unit is unplugged from
the wall socket
2. No water in hot tank
3. Hot tank may have burnt
out
1. Check connection to wall socket.
2. If the unit has no water inside the hot tank the unit can burn out, this is not
covered by warranty. Ensure water bottle does not run out of water.
3. The hot tank has a limited life span and will eventually burn out with excessive
use, however you should receive many years of use before this occurs. If the hot
tank has burnt out a new hot tank can be installed, contact customer service on
1300 764 325.
