Pump
Maintenance
Remove
the
air
tube
from
the
venturi.
Pull
out
the
venturi
(1)
Release
the
4
screws
(2)
at
the
base
of
the
body.
Remove
the
body
(3).
Release
the
screw
(4)
securing
the
bubble
plate.
Remove
and
clean
the
bubble
plate
(5).
Release
the
screws
(6
&
7)
holding
the
pump
to
the
base.
Turn
the
volute
(8)
counterclockwise
and
remove
(9).
The
impeller
will
come
with
the
volute.
Pull
out
the
body
of
pump
(10)
to
clean.
To
remove
the
volute
cover,
turn
counterclockwise
and
release
the
needle
wheel.
Clean
all
parts
and
follow
these
steps
in
reverse
to
reassemble.
